Holiday Chaska provides domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing tours, guided experiences and other travel-related services.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, seasonal changes or customer requests.
To make a booking, customers are required to provide accurate personal information including their name, contact details and payment information.
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is successfully received, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the registered contact details.
Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers or any other payment methods available on our website.
Full payment or the applicable advance payment must be completed within the specified timeline to confirm your booking. Holiday Chaska reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment is not received.
Customers are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identity proofs, travel permits, vaccination certificates and any other documents required for their journey.
Holiday Chaska shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, missed departures or travel interruptions caused by incomplete documentation or personal circumstances.
Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, cancellation charges and processing timelines may vary depending on the booking and the service providers involved.
Holiday Chaska shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of our website, travel services or third-party providers.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, flight delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Unless specifically mentioned in your package, travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.
Holiday Chaska reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
