Refund Policy

Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any booking with Holiday Chaska.

1. Cancellations

Cancellation requests made by customers may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the booking type and the time of cancellation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@holidaychaska.com.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 30 days or more before departure – Full refund after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • 14 days or less before departure – No refund.

2. Refund Process

Once your cancellation request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited using the original payment method wherever possible.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings such as non-refundable hotel reservations, promotional offers, discounted packages, airline tickets or other third-party services may not be eligible for refunds.

Customers are advised to carefully review the booking details before confirming their reservation.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking, including travel dates, destinations or services, please contact us as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5. Refunds for Unused Services

Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a booked service, including missed tours, hotel stays, transfers or activities due to personal reasons or late arrival.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes or other force majeure events, Holiday Chaska may offer a partial refund, full refund or rescheduling based on the nature of the situation and supplier policies.

7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving our decision. We will review your concern fairly and in accordance with our refund policy.
